Roderick Enterprises, Springville Business Park #2 is expected to be completed by Summer 2022.

The Catalyst Business Park building #3 is currently under development. Building #3 consists of 154,293 square feet. Completion of this building is anticipated to be Spring 2022. This building has already been fully leased however, building #4 and #5 is also scheduled to begin construction 2023.
The Catalyst Business Park project just completed development of their first building consisting of 169,948 square feet.
Ross Dress For Less will open their doors at the Fashion Plaza Shopping Center this Summer.
Roderick Enterprises, Catalyst Business Park broke ground on its 80-acre master planned business park. The Catalyst Business Park will accommodate office, warehouse, retail showroom, light manufacturing, technology, medical, etc. The park is conveniently located off I-15 between the Pheasant Grove exit and 500 East exit.
Ross Dress For Less executed a lease agreement as Fashion Plaza Shopping Centers new Anchor Tenant. The space will consist of 26,280 square feet of open retail space on two floors.
Roderick Enterprises purchased the lot west of their Highland Place Shopping Center, giving them an additional 4,562 SF to their already existing 78,914 SF. All 4,562 SF has been leased. This gives a better circulation for our existing tenants.
